🌟 About the Opportunity
We are looking for motivated Waiters / Waitresses to join luxury and family-run hotels across the Swiss Alps for the Winter 2025/26 season. Work abroad, earn a competitive salary, and gain international experience in one of the most breathtaking regions in Europe.
🧾 Your Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Present menus and advise guests on daily specials and beverages.
- Take orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen / bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks according to hotel standards.
- Handle payments and ensure accurate billing via POS system.
- Maintain tables, mise en place, and cleanliness throughout service.
- Assist colleagues in peak times and support other outlets when needed.
- Upsell wines / specials and adhere to hygiene & safety standards (HACCP).
👤 Your Profile
- Experience in restaurant / hotel service (minimum 1 season preferred).
- Good communication in English; German is an advantage.
- Well-groomed appearance, positive attitude, and reliability.
- Team-player, flexible for shifts / weekends / holidays.
- EU citizenship – Swiss work-permit support provided.
💰 What We Offer
- Salary: CHF 3,800 – 4,300 / month (gross) + tips.
- Free or subsidized accommodation in staff housing.
- Meals provided (full board or during shifts).
- 5 – 6 workdays per week · ≈ 42 – 45 hours · paid holidays.
- Uniform + laundry service · staff discounts · ski-pass deals (varies by hotel).
- Possibility to continue in summer season – Greece placements via MySeasonJob.
